Dairy Free Pancakes

I love Pancakes, they are one of my favourite breakfast foods, and favourite puddings. 

When I found out I couldn't have dairy, I decided to just try out pancakes by replacing the cows milk content with Almond milk. 

It works amazing and the pancakes cook well (but slightly quicker) and they have a great taste.

I love this recipe: Basic Pancake Recipe and all I do is substitute cows milk for Almond milk. Infact, you could try it with other dairy free milks too!
